Terms of Service

ittybittylink, operated by Supply Surplus LLC, a Texas limited liability company, is a link-in-bio platform that lets creators publish a personal page with clickable links, digital product sales, tip jars, and email capture forms. Each account receives a public profile at ittybittylink.com/[username].

The platform includes an “Earn Mode” feature that enables monetization through Stripe-powered payments. We take a small platform fee on each transaction; the rest goes directly to you.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not share your account credentials with others.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your public profile is taken offline immediately and your data is removed within 30 days.

You agree not to use ittybittylink to:

• Publish or link to illegal content, including content that violates copyright, defames individuals, or constitutes harassment or abuse.
• Sell or promote illegal goods or services.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful software.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform’s infrastructure.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms after a human review process (see Section 7).

ittybittylink charges a platform fee on revenue earned through Earn Mode links. Fees vary by plan:

Platform fees are deducted automatically at the time of each transaction. Stripe’s standard payment processing fees (currently ~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply in addition and are charged by Stripe directly.

Pro plan subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds on subscription fees for partial months.

Earn Mode payments are processed through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts, you must connect a Stripe account and agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. Stripe is solely responsible for processing payments and disbursing funds to your bank account.

ittybittylink does not hold, escrow, or delay your earnings. Funds are paid out by Stripe on Stripe’s standard payout schedule (typically 2 business days for US accounts after a brief initial verification period).

You are solely responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes on income earned through the platform. ittybittylink will provide tax forms as required by applicable law.

You retain full ownership of all content you publish on ittybittylink, including text, images, links, and digital products.

By publishing content on ittybittylink, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform (for example, showing your profile page to visitors).

ittybittylink’s name, logo, and product design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without prior written permission.

We do not auto-ban creators.

Every account action — including content removal, suspension, or termination — requires a human review. If we believe your account may be in violation of these Terms, we will:

1. Notify you by email with a clear description of the concern.
2. Give you at least 7 days to respond or remedy the issue.
3. Make a final decision only after reviewing your response.

In cases of illegal content, imminent harm, or active fraud, we may act more quickly and without advance notice. You may appeal any account action by contacting support@ittybittylink.com.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that are inactive for more than 24 consecutive months after providing 30 days’ written notice.

ittybittylink is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ittybittylink and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data — arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or acts of nature.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@ittybittylink.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Digital product purchases are generally final. If a buyer does not receive their purchased file due to a platform error, they may request a refund within 7 days by contacting support@ittybittylink.com. We do not offer refunds on subscription fees for partial months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are material. Continued use of ittybittylink after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
