Getting Started
What is ittybittylink?
ittybittylink is a link-in-bio platform built for creators who want to monetize their audience. You get a single, shareable URL where you can collect all your important links, sell digital products, accept tips, and capture email subscribers — with no upfront cost.
How do I create my page?
Sign up at ittybittylink.com, choose a username, and your page is live instantly. From your dashboard you can add links, upload an avatar, write a bio, pick a theme, and enable Earn Mode — all in a few minutes. No technical knowledge required.
What is my ittybittylink URL?
Your page lives at ittybittylink.com/[username]. You choose your username when you sign up. Pick something you'll be happy with — usernames cannot be changed after signup.
Can I use ittybittylink for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 10 links, click analytics, email capture, 2 profile themes, Creator Protection, and full access to Earn Mode (with a 7% platform fee on earnings). There's no trial period — the Free plan is free forever with no credit card required.
Earning Money
How does Earn Mode work?
Earn Mode lets you add monetized links to your page — tip jars, paywalls, and digital product listings. When a visitor clicks and pays, the money flows directly to your connected Stripe account. We deduct a small platform fee (7% on Free, 2% on Pro) before the funds arrive.
What is a Tip Jar?
A Tip Jar is a link that lets your followers send you money as a thank-you. You can set a suggested amount or let them choose their own. It's a great way to let your audience support your work without buying anything specific.
What is a Paywall?
A Paywall puts any URL behind a one-time payment. A visitor pays the price you set, then gets access to the destination — whether that's a private video, a Discord invite, an exclusive article, or anything else. You set the price and control the link.
How do I sell digital products?
In your dashboard, go to Products and create a new listing. Upload your file (PDF, ZIP, image, or other format), set a price, and add the product link to your page. When someone buys it, they receive a secure, time-limited download link automatically. No manual delivery needed.
When do I get paid?
Payments go directly into your connected Stripe account. Stripe's standard payout schedule is typically 2 business days for US accounts after a brief initial verification period for new accounts. ittybittylink never holds your earnings — we take our platform fee at the time of transaction, and the rest is yours.
What fees does ittybittylink charge?
The platform fee is 7% on the Free plan and 2% on the Pro plan, applied to each Earn Mode transaction. Stripe's payment processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) applies in addition and is charged by Stripe. There are no monthly fees on the Free plan and no hidden charges.
How does ittybittylink make money?
We earn a small percentage of your Earn Mode revenue. We only make money when you make money — so our interests are fully aligned with yours. There are no ads, no selling your data, and no hidden revenue streams.
Stripe & Payments
Do I need a Stripe account?
Only if you want to use Earn Mode features (tips, paywalls, digital products). For standard link-in-bio use, no Stripe account is needed. When you're ready to monetize, connect or create a Stripe account from your dashboard — it takes a few minutes and Stripe walks you through the process.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. ittybittylink never sees or stores your card number, bank details, or CVV. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses. We store only an opaque Stripe reference ID on our end.
What countries are supported?
Stripe Connect (required to receive payments) is available in most major countries. Buyers from anywhere in the world can purchase from your page as long as they have a supported payment method. Check Stripe's documentation for the current list of supported countries for payouts.
Can buyers get refunds?
Digital product purchases are generally final. If a buyer didn't receive their file due to a platform error, they can request a refund within 7 days by emailing support@ittybittylink.com. For tip and paywall transactions, refund decisions are made case-by-case. As the creator, you can also choose to refund a transaction directly through Stripe.
Themes & Design
How many themes are available?
All plans include 2 built-in themes. The Theme Pack ($9 one-time) adds 3 premium themes: Sunset, Ocean, and Forest. Once purchased, the premium themes are yours permanently — they work on both the Free and Pro plans.
What is the Theme Pack?
The Theme Pack is a one-time $9 purchase that permanently unlocks 3 premium profile themes: Sunset, Ocean, and Forest. Unlike the Pro subscription, it's a single payment — pay once and keep access forever, regardless of which plan you're on. All sales are final.
Can I use my own colors?
Custom color palettes are not available yet — you pick from the available themes. This is a feature we're considering for a future update. If you'd like to see it, let us know at support@ittybittylink.com.
Pro Plan
What does Pro include?
Pro ($15/month) gives you a 2% platform fee instead of 7%, unlimited links (vs. 10 on Free), full analytics with revenue tracking, priority support, and early access to new features — plus everything already included in the Free plan.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
From your dashboard, go to Settings → Plan and click "Upgrade to Pro." You'll be taken to a Stripe checkout to enter your payment details. Your Pro features activate immediately after payment.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, at any time from Settings → Plan in your dashboard. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. No cancellation fees.
What happens to my page if I cancel Pro?
Your page stays live. Links beyond the 10-link Free plan limit are hidden (not deleted) until you remove extras to get back under the limit. All your analytics history, earnings data, and email subscribers are preserved.
Account & Safety
Will my account ever be deleted without warning?
No — and we mean it. We've never auto-banned a creator. Every account action, including content removal or suspension, requires human review. If we ever need to act on your account, we'll notify you by email with a clear explanation and give you at least 7 days to respond before any final decision is made.
What is Creator Protection?
Creator Protection is our commitment that your audience belongs to you. We will never remove your account without a 7-day warning period and a human review of the situation. No automated bans, no surprise takedowns. You can appeal any account decision by emailing support@ittybittylink.com.
How do I export my data?
From your dashboard, go to Settings → Data and click "Export." You'll receive a JSON file containing your links, analytics, email subscribers, and earnings history. You own your data and can take it with you at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account in your dashboard and click "Delete Account." Your public profile is taken offline immediately. All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone, so make sure to export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
Technical
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domains are not supported yet. Your page lives at ittybittylink.com/[username]. We may add custom domain support in a future update — it's on our roadmap.
Is ittybittylink mobile friendly?
Yes. Your public profile page is fully responsive and optimized for mobile browsers, where the majority of link-in-bio traffic comes from. The dashboard is also designed to be usable on mobile so you can manage your page on the go.
How fast does my page load?
Very fast. Profile pages are served from Vercel's global edge network with sub-second redirect latency in most regions. We're serious about performance — slow pages lose visitors, and lost visitors mean lost earnings for you.
